The great room defines this home with a 5-star resort ambiance. The 26 feet of sliding glass doors disappear into the wall to expose an unobstructed view of the city, harbor, the ocean and islands, and sunsets.

The kitchen is spacious with new Viking appliances, including a state-of-the-art steam oven. There is a flat-screen TV and bar seating for 8 or more. There is a breakfast area table that opens up to a sunny private garden patio.

The dining room looks out to the pacific ocean and the square table seats 10 to 12. There is a fireplace/barbecue outside with another dining table looking out to the pacific ocean.

To complete the outdoor dining and entertainment options there is a custom-made, oversized palapa. This masterpiece houses a large onyx table with light shining through the onyx which creates luminescence. The floor heats up in the palapa to make it comfortable day or night. There is also an outdoor wet bar of onyx which adds to the ambiance of dining.

The master suite opens up to the infinity pool and spa and spectacular views. The master suite features HIS and HERS bathrooms. Her bathroom has a private bidet. There is a large oval spa tub with a unique ceiling tub filler. The glass shower has 7 shower heads. This also has a wide pacific ocean view and privacy. His bathroom has a shower with dual heads and a steam room. On the south wing of the home is a second master bedroom suite which is, also, luxurious and spacious. It has a fireplace, a 60″ flat-screen TV with blue ray home theatre surround sound, and walls of glass that open up to a wrap-around deck with fantastic views.
