I hail from Dundee, located on one of the most enchanting estuaries in Scotland. After a visit to Santa Barbara in my early teens, I set my sights on the beautiful surroundings of the California Riviera.
I began working in the sales department at one of America’s top hotels, the San Ysidro Ranch. Shortly after I was approached by a prominent Montecito family to manage their extensive portfolio of beachfront properties, which gave me my first appreciation for the luxury real estate market in Santa Barbara.
Soon after that, I decided that a career in real estate was my calling, and I now happily hang my license with Compass in the hamlet of Montecito.
The move into high-end real estate was a natural transition for me; whether it’s buying or selling, I use my extensive knowledge of the market and its temperature to always get the optimum price for you. I am proud to say that I have repeatedly been a local top producer with two of the largest residential sales in Santa Barbara county in the past few years.
I combine my energy, drive, and enthusiasm with my extensive industry experience in my every day.
There is great pride in cultivating relationships with my clients, which have all been great lessons in themselves. The relationships I’ve made with them along the way speaks to my dedication to their happiness.
I balance my career spending time with my two dogs and the beach as often as possible, and there is nothing that I enjoy more than sharing a good bottle of wine and laughs with those who are near and dear to me.
There isn’t a day that I wake up and don’t appreciate where I live, and my goal is that one day I can say the same for you!
